Sketch BOOM 12

Hey there people of today and robots of tomorrow!
It's me, CK!

Here it is, Sketch BOOM number 12. It took me a week and a whole long list of ideas to get to this point, but I finally got to it. I was trying to beat my previous record of 34 pictures from my last BOOM, but unfortunately I only got to 33. I partially blame Crocie for taking up that space with his fat tummy.

Anyway, like always my limits were I could only use characters that I created, co-created, or rebooted. I also included new characters, old characters, unused characters, and characters given to me as gifts. As well as that I accepted many sketching challenges from friends. So, if you have any more ideas for such challenges, leave them in the comments below. Now without further delay, let me tell you about the sketches.

Let's start off with the challenges. First off we have the challenges from my friend AlphaBeta90. The first one was KD and I dancing dressed as Monova and Kordahk. I decided to have us doing a tango dance, since Monova and Kodrahk seem like the kind of couple whose dancing is a little spicy. Unlike the other couple AB90 dared me to draw, Zarthek and Zarah. Apparently he was impressed with my pictures of Hydrahk and Queen Terra, so he wanted me to try something romantic with his other 'Will they ever--?' couple. So I dressed the two up in Disney style with Beauty and the Beast. Guess which one is which.  I also got a challenge from Mr-Herp-Derp who challenged me to draw our two newest monster characters: Fry (a Canadian salt deficient athlete who later dates Burger) and Cotton Candy (a shy yet friendly circus kid who later dates Bubble Gum).

Speaking of monsters, there are certainly plenty on here as usual. There's Bahn Xeo, a character created by Disney-MangaFan1906, and a little fun I had with PM and Villa. According to her gallery, it seems as thought Villa is a Labyrinth fan. So I dressed Pizza Monster up as Jareth the Goblin King and Villa as Sarah. Pizza Monster finally understands the discomfort Bowey felt while in character. Also, Yeti has a new pet (huge thanks to Fantasynarium) called Marshmallow. And as it shows, Yeti is a very enthusiastic pet owner.

Unlike the monsters, there are some characters who got forgotten: like CODE (daughter to Glitch and Avona), Cong Civilback, and a very ticked off Phil who hasn't appeared in any art since a while. Sorry dude. But some characters that do constantly make appearances in Sketch BOOMs are SHORT-E and SHER-I. Plus they are joined by other robots of the year 4000 and beyond. But most of them are new. Emila greets her bodyguard and lover Demon Blade to Oblivion and ERN-E and his friend Stranger (a mysterious ally to the KST) face a new threat and one that targets specifically ERN-E: the Phantom! Plus, from another dimension it's Anti-Hero's energy vampire counterpart Count Candy Bang and her lover, former monster hunter Freak van Hecksing and his older brother Stan Squirrel.

There are also some new faces like Michael Speiberg and a mutant named Froglegs. As well as that, two KIDtoons are getting into the video game spirit! Red is in Minecraft and once again Smash it Sue is dressed up as a popular video game heroine: Samus. And she is rocking out a new hair do to boot! But at the same time Crocie is busy dealing with a major crisis. His new friend Nerida has been elected Queen of the Pirates! And last time I checked, crocodiles, mermaids, and pirates don't mix well and Bumper and one of Croc's penguins know it! Finally topping things off is a character I need to draw more: Scarlet Foxfire. A character originally created by davidfoxfire, I decided to revamp her story in a unique, creative way. Part of that is shown here...
